Miami, FL (September, 2025) – The roar of Los Tigres del Norte prevails with a double nomination at the 2025 Latin Grammy Awards, announced today.
The nominees for the 26th Annual Latin Grammy Awards, the most prestigious honors in Latin music, were revealed this morning, with “Los Jefes de Jefes” securing places in the categories of Best Norteño Album and Best Regional Mexican Song, thanks to “La Lotería,” their latest EP and single. This recognition once again highlights their impact, distinguished by giving voice to the people through lyrics that resonate with strong social messages, solidifying their status as some of the most recognized musical icons worldwide.
“La Lotería”, the focus track of their most recent production, was written by acclaimed songwriter Luciano Luna. The song reflects issues present in Mexico and Latin America, such as migration, politics, and security.
This achievement reaffirms why Los Tigres del Norte have set a precedent for new generations of artists across all genres, serving as musical icons recognized globally and as ambassadors of Mexican music and culture.
The Latin Recording Academy will hold the 26th Annual Latin Grammy Awards on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. The live broadcast will air on Univision starting at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT (7:00 p.m. CT).
