Miami, FL (October 17, 2025) – José Ángel Ledezma Quintero, better known as EL COYOTE Y SU BANDA TIERRA SANTA, is back with a new duet alongside his great friend CHUY LIZÁRRAGA Y SU BANDA TIERRA SINALOENSE, delivering a fresh version of the classic “Carta Abierta,” a song written by the legendary Cuco Sánchez and one of the standout hits in EL COYOTE Y SU BANDA TIERRA SANTA’s repertoire.
This collaboration between EL COYOTE Y SU BANDA TIERRA SANTA and CHUY LIZÁRRAGA Y SU BANDA TIERRA SINALOENSE stems from their strong friendship. The two have been creating content together that has gone viral on social media, which paved the way for a joint tour across Mexico.
EL COYOTE and CHUY LIZÁRRAGA are two explosive personalities who complement each other perfectly, a reflection of the long-standing friendship that unites them. Rather than viewing each other as rivals, they have become musical partners in crime.
“Carta Abierta” serves as a prelude to EL COYOTE Y SU BANDA TIERRA SANTA’s upcoming album, which will feature 13 songs—10 of them original compositions by Joss Favela—and is set for release in November. The song will also be performed by both artists during their upcoming concert series in cities such as Guadalajara, Torreón, Ciudad Guzmán, Tlaxcala, León, Tijuana, Los Angeles, and more.
In 2026, the singer from Coyotitán, Sinaloa, will release a special album featuring 15 of his greatest hits alongside major guest artists.
