Produced by Kiko Cibrián (who worked with Dúrcal herself), the album brings together ten carefully selected gems, including “Amor Eterno,” “Me Nace del Corazón,” “Costumbres,” and “Me Gustas Mucho.” Among them, the focus track “Déjame Vivir” stands out—a vibrant duet with Adriel Favela, one of the most versatile and charismatic talents in regional Mexican music, whose voice and style bring new brilliance to this immortal classic once united by Rocío Dúrcal and Juan Gabriel, now reimagined with playfulness in the official video of the song.
Speaking about ‘Eterna e Inolvidable,’ Edith shares: “I had the opportunity to meet her when I received my first gold record. She was an incredible woman, inside and out. After 25 years since that moment, paying this tribute with respect and love is something very important to me.”
Ultimately, ‘Eterna e Inolvidable’ is presented as an embrace between Spain and Mexico, which will be celebrated on October 3 at the Auditorio Nacional in a concert that promises to be as intimate as it is grand.
