A bicentennial celebration of Mexican Gastronomy as World Heritage
Saturday December 4th, 2010, at the former Vibiana Cathedral in L.A.

WHAT:
The Taste of Mexico, is a gastronomic and cultural fare, in where four of Los Angeles’ top Mexican restaurants will join the bicentennial year festivities with an event that is sure to set the standard of Mexican cuisine and culture for years to come.
In a special ceremony, The Taste of Mexico will have the great presence of important dignitaries such as Los Angeles’s  District 14 Council, Jose Huizar, who will be present during this special ceremony amongst others.
The exceptional dishes of each participating restaurant represents the Mexican culture as traditional and modern giving their own delicious recipe touch which have been pass through generations, by this valuable mean, the culinary art is recognized by UNESCO as the World Heritage & Cultural.
