Criteria Entertainment: Los Angeles, CA. (February 12th, 2013) – Internationally celebrated bassist Rudy Sarzo’s musical talent will once again be showcased in March, as the legendary musician embarks on tour with Geoff Tate’s Queensrÿche.

Rudy Sarzo is also the third name, along with Los Lonely Boys and Enanitos Verdes, to be announced as part of “Luz”, the upcoming tribute to Creedence Clearwater Revival. The tribute seeks to generate awareness on the importance of green energy and sustainability in Latin America, a topic close to Cuban-born Sarzo’s heart.

An internationally recognized recording and performing artist for 30 years, Rudy Sarzo has collaborated with some of the industry’s most iconic bands like Ozzy Osbourne and Quiet Riot, participating on the group’s greatest albums, including the multi-platinum “Metal Health”, the first heavy metal debut to reach #1 in the Billboard charts. As member of some of rock n’ roll and metal’s top bands, he has headlined worldwide tours and continues to tour incessantly, with world-class talent that earned him the title as #1 Bassist in Circus Magazine in 1983. His recordings have sold more than 30 million copies combined.

Along with touring and performances, Rudy continues to be active in his work as a mentor for Rock n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, a musician project in which he presents music production and bass clinics to the public along with other members of his various bands.
