Vesper Public Relations. Los Angeles February 7, 2014.Multi-nominated GRAMMY® recording artist, Frankie J releases his new album titled “Faith, Hope y Amor” on Universal Music Latin Entertainment with “Impossible” as the first single and video.
The singer/songwriter is once again sharing his incomparable freestyle on the new album and spreading romance via his new single “Impossible” with a video shot in Los Angeles and directed by Michael Fiore.
Frankie J has earned two nominations for a 2014 Premio Lo Nuestro De La Música Latina Award in the categories “Artista Masculino del Año, Álbum Pop del Año” (Male Artist of the Year, Pop Album of the Year). He will also be a presenter on the award show taking place in Miami on February 20, 2014 and broadcast live on the Univision Network. Earlier this year Frankie J received a GRAMMY® nomination in the “Best Latin Pop Album” category.
Frankie J, full name Francisco Javier Bautista, Jr. first demonstrated his talent as part of the famous group Kumbia Kings. In 2003 Frankie J released his first solo album “What’s A Man To Do and reached #19 in the Billboard Top 100 singles chart with the song “Don’t Wanna Try.”
His second solo album “The One” (2005) was an exorbitant success with the song “Obsession (No Es Amor)” featuring Baby Bash reaching #3 in the Billboard’s Top 100. The album was certified a RIAA Platinum for high sales in 2006. Frankie J’s bilingual album ‘Priceless’ (2006) garnered him an even larger audience and reached #30 in the Billboard 200, a weekly ranking of the 200 highest-selling U.S. music albums and EP’s.
