San Diego based band, featuring upbeat sounds of Latin Funk B-Side Players arrive, Friday, May 24 performing an unique show with an universal musical palette of rhythms from Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico and Brazil with flair, funk, rock, jazz and hip-hop at Los Globos, located in the heart of Silver Lake www.clublosglobos.com.
B-Side Players will be performing songs off their most recent album Revolutionize as well as greatest hits for their LA audience.
The B-Side Players are a San Diego based band with a musical career of more than a decade that incorporate the sounds of Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico and Brazil with the funk, rock, jazz and hip-hop rhythms of their homeland. The band also drops a bit of Cumbia, gritty street Samba, Son Montuno and Jarocho into the mix. The band has expanded their sound and is categorized in the musical genre as of Harper, Ozomatli, The Wailers, James Brown, War and some of Cuba’s best bands.
