Celso Piña, who the late Mexican author Carlos Monsiváis called “el cumbiero mayor,” will be making a quick stop to perform at Amoeba Records in Hollywood on Thursday February 17, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.  in support of his new album “Sin Fecha De Caducidad”.  Following performance Celso will be signing purchased CDs & posing for photographs with fans. Space is limited early arrival is highly recommended.

“Sin Fecha de Caducidad” celebrates this highly anticipated release after 5 years plus his 30^th anniversary celebration what better way than joined by his musical peers a constellation of Latin American super stars in duet performances such as:  Latin GRAMMY® award winning artists Lilia Downs, Ely Guerra, GRAMMY® nominee Aleks Syntek, plus Nicho Hinojosa, Natalia Lafourcade, Benny Ibarra, Alex Lora, Laura León, Sargento García, Pato Machete, Eugenia León, Isaac Piña –his father.
