Gears up for the re-release of “átoma” featuring bonus tracks & surprises!
Vesper Public Relations. Los Angeles, CA. Wednesday January 23, 2013. Latin Alternative singer –songwriter FERNANDA ULIBARRI kicks offs the year on the right foot forward. Audiences can now listen to her single “Canción Animal” [Animal song] a tribute to Gustavo Cerati on Super Estrella 107.1’s program La Tokada, a cover created by the young artist who shares her time between Mexico City and Los Angeles.
Noteworthy mentioning, earlier this month FERNANDA ULIBARRI was invited as a special guest to co – host La Tokada radio program hosted by producer Tony Martínez on Super Estrella 107.1 – airing Sundays from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. where she shared her music, history and also commented on the music of other artists over a four hour span.
Currently FERNANDA ULIBARRI is gearing up for the special re-release of her album “átoma”, which will include bonus tracks, amongst them her radio hit “Canción Animal”. A single that the songstress decided to record after the legendary Argentine’s incident, as she grew up listening to Soda Stereo as a teen.

In 2008 FERNANDA ULIBARRI moved to California and started working as MTV Unplugged tour musician for GRAMMY® award winning Mexican Pop Star Julieta Venegas. Prior to that in New York she produced multiple groups, produced jingles and composed songs for cartoons such as Go Diego Go!
Born and raised in Mexico City, Fernanda moved to the U.S. in 1999 to study Music at the renowned Berklee College of Music, where she earned a Bachelor on Music Synthesis and Classical Composition. Upon graduation she moved to NYC, where she had the opportunity of being a Pro Tools instructor at The Institute of Audio Research.
